Ewemoje Oluseyi Ewemoje

Oluseyi (Elizabeth) Ewemoje is a PhD candidate at the University of Ibadan, in Ibadan, Nigeria in the Department of Environmental Engineering.  As a visiting Fulbright Student Researcher, she will focus on the treatment of wastewater by biological methods with the goal of protecting public health.  Her sponsoring professor at OSU is Dr. Brian Woods, School of Chemical, Biological and Environmental Engineering.

Project Title: Investigation of the Performance of Two Different Aquatic Tropical Plants in Constructed Wetlands

Polona Žnidaršič Plazl Polona

Dr. Žnidaršič Plazl is a Fulbright Scholar from the University of Ljubljana, in Ljubljana, Slovenia where she is an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Chemistry and Chemical Technology.  Polona's research interest is in the design, integration and intensification of bioprocesses in microscale-based structures.  During her stay at OSU, Dr. Žnidaršič Plazl will focus on the implementation of microfluidics in bioprocessing and for advanced therapeutics.  She is hosted by Dr. Goran Jovanovic in the School of Chemical, Biological and Environmental Engineering and the Microproducts Breakthrough Institute.
