Judi Saam joined International Programs in September 2013. She is responsible for configuring and maintaining many IT resources that the Division of International Programs relies upon, and works with staff to help the Division best use these resources. She also represents IP on various campus-wide committees. Judi has held a variety of IT-related positions over the years, starting with supporting call-routing systems, moving on to technical sales for enterprise software packages, and implementing software solutions and supporting customers. The common thread throughout her career, and what she most enjoys in her work, is identifying, realizing, and supporting systems that help others efficiently and successfully perform their jobs. Judi earned a bachelor's degree in Russian Studies from U.C. Berkeley, and a Master's degree in Russian from San Francisco State University. Now that her stepson is a teenager, she hopes to once again feed her passion for travel. When not working, you'll usually find her out running, cooking, or hanging out with family.
