Caitlin McVay has advised international students on immigration and academic issues as an International Student Advisor and Designated School Official at Oregon State University since May 2015. She is also the Program Coordinator for the International Student Peer Mentoring Program and the Scholarship Coordinator for ISAS Scholarships for Continuing Students. Previously, Caitlin served as an Assistant Language Teacher in Mie, Japan, in addition to holding a variety of positions in International Education at both the University of Montana and the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. She received her BA in Anthropology from the University of Montana in December 2011 and her MA in Educational Administration with a Specialization in Student Affairs from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in May 2015. In her spare time, Caitlin enjoys hiking, traveling, and learning about diverse cultures and languages.
