General Inquiries

For general questions about your immigration status, you may e-mail an advisor at isas.advisor@oregonstate.edu. An advisor will respond to your e-mail within 72 hours. Include your full name and OSU ID number (as applicable) in your message, and state the topic of your question in the e-mail subject line. 

Appointments

International Student Advisors have an average of 30 appointment times (at 30 minutes each) available every day. Students can also request an hour-long (60 minutes) appointment for difficult or complicated questions. All appointments take place at University Plaza Suite 130. Call 541-737-6310, email isas.advisor@oregonstate.edu, or visit University Plaza, Suite 130, or the International Living-Learning Center Welcome Desk to make an appointment.

Sponsored Student Appointments

The Sponsored Student Team is available by appointment only at University Plaza, Suite 130. There will be a total of 30 appointment times available throughout the week.

Walk-in Hours

Walk-in hours for a short advising meeting (less than 10 minutes) from 2:00 to 4:30, Monday through Friday. Students may be referred to an appointment if their questions or issues are complex and cannot be resolved within a 10-minute meeting. Walk-in advising takes place at University Plaza Suite 130 and International Living-Learning Center.
