There are a number of parks and rivers which cross the city and it is a short distance to the Atlantic Ocean.  Nantes is friendly, picturesque and easy to get around, thanks to an efficient and sustainable public transport network. Ideally located between Brittany and the Loire Valley, Nantes is just 30 minutes from the sea and 2 hours from London and Paris. Its international airport is connected to most of the world.
