Are you going to be traveling and need an I-20 or DS-2019 documents sent to you while you are away from Corvallis?  Or, are you on F-1 OPT, CPT or J-1 Academic Training outside of Corvallis?  If so, there are two primary methods for ISAS to send you your documents:

Regular United States Postal Service (USPS) Shipping Instructions

If you are not in a rush, you may request that we send your documents via regular mail.  It can take up to 2-6 weeks for your documents to reach you, depending on your location and whether you are inside or outside of the U.S. There is no additional cost for this service, however this option does not include tracking of your package.

Express Mail Shipping Instructions

Do you need your documents quickly? Do you want to be able to track your documents to know when they will arrive?  If so, there is an easy way for you to request express mail shipping!

How to Request and Pay for Express Mail Service - Use eShipGlobal

"eShipGlobal" is an online service that allows you to easily pay for FedEx or DHL with your credit card (Visa, MasterCard or Discover cards only). Using this service allows you to get a good rate on your shipment, pay for the package in a secure way, and track your package one we ship it.  Do not request delivery through the FedEx or DHL websites directly. All FedEx and DHL-related communication will be handled by the eshipGlobal service.

To pay for express shipping delivery through eshipGlobal, follow these instructions:

  1. Go to their website https://study.eshipglobal.com
                (works best with Internet Explorer & Mozilla Firefox browsers).
  2. Click on "Sign up" under the Students section.
  3. Register for an account by completing the online form. You will need your OSU Student or Faculty ID number, mailing address, e-mail address, phone number and credit card information.
  4. Select "Oregon State University" and "International Programs."
  5. Request a shipment.  Once your documents are ready to send, OSU can print off the FedEx waybill and ship your documents to you. As soon as ISFS has processed your documents, you will get them in 3-5 business days from when they are sent from OSU to anywhere in the world.
  6. If you experience difficulty, use the “Help” link in the eshipGlobal site for step-by-step instructions. Oregon State University is unable to resolve technical problems associated with the eshipGlobal service.
