The Division of International Programs leads OSU’s internationalization through innovation, service, and collaboration. International Programs is committed to the successful integration of international students and scholars and expanded opportunities for students and faculty to engage abroad. The Division provides leadership for OSU's internationalization efforts, supports incoming and outgoing delegations, manages international partnerships and agreements, and cultivates global engagement. The Division of IP collaborates closely with INTO OSU in the common mission of furthering campus internationalization efforts and ensuring success of all international students.

Our Units

Office of International Services

The Office of International Services (OIS) serves and supports OSU’s growing and diverse international population as they flourish on campus, in the community, and around the world. OIS is the central campus resource for advising and services for international students, scholars and faculty, consulting on visa and immigration issues, hosting international visitors, hiring international employees, and providing resources to faculty and staff preparing to travel on behalf of OSU. OIS seeks to advance the free exchange of ideas and culture through advocacy, education, service, outreach and engagement. Every year, OIS serves over 4,500 students and scholars from over 90 countries, connecting students, scholars and their families to campus and the community.

OSU Office of Global Opportunities

The OSU Office of Global Opportunities (OSU GO) advises OSU students on over 200 international opportunities for education, internships and research in more than 70 different countries around the world, as well as provides support for OSU faculty who administer departmental exchange programs and are interested in teaching or leading a program abroad. OSU GO is the centralized hub for collaboration with OSU's 11 Colleges, providing support and guidance for their individual education abroad strategies. OSU GO also manages IE3 Global Internship programs to provide targeted development, support and implementation for OSU and a growing network of 18 university partners across the Pacific Northwest.

Office of the Vice Provost

The Office of the Vice Provost for International Programs (VPIP) furthers Oregon State University’s commitment to internationalization by providing leadership and support across several critical areas, including development and implementation of strategic directions in internationalization, campus-wide coordination of international efforts, facilitating successful integration of international students and scholars, and supporting and expanding education abroad programs for students and faculty.
